This volume will present a series of selections of proposed structures designed on the basis of this new way of understanding various space accommodation. MAGRACIA RESIDENCE

Indulge in the splendor of luxury living, this modern residential house ensemble diverse styling from its massive look to minimalist awe. Set in neutral tones and palette, it can blend to any environment without losing its design style and sensibilities. Unification of volumes and treatment of all the finishes between the natural and synthetic materials is highly considered. Beige cement and marble powder plaster are set against subdued brown quartz paint, the smooth surface of the facade creates a contrasting illusion together with the horizontal grooves. Moreover, full advantage of the available sunlight was taken with the bay windows with balcony at south, overlooking the majestic Mayon volcano.

Modern house offers clean lines, simple proportions, open layouts and abundant natural light, and are descendants of the International style of architecture. As it is designed in comfort and crafted in beauty, there is nothing more thoughtful in giving a welcoming feel in this personal space. This dwelling exhibits just how the owner can be involved in the design process. The light texture and colors creates an airy atmosphere, turning outdoor space into alfresco living rooms. Flat roofs, enormous expanses of openings, strong connections to outdoor space and spare, grooved lined walls are some of the characteristics of this project.
